All system monitoring data (CPU, RAM, GPU, battery, network, disk) is processed locally on your Mac and never leaves your device. The app does not include any analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or tracking of any kind.

What Data the Website Collects

The MoniThor website (monithor.dev) uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that collects anonymous, aggregated usage data. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual users across websites, and does not collect personal information such as IP addresses, names, or email addresses.

The data collected by Vercel Analytics includes page views, referral sources, browser type, operating system, and country of origin. This data is used solely to understand how visitors use the website and improve the content.

Cookies

The MoniThor website does not set any cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies and does not store any data on your device.

Third Party Services

The App Store version of MoniThoris distributed through the Mac App Store, which is operated by Apple Inc. Apple's privacy policy governs any data collected during the purchase process. The Direct version is downloaded from the MoniThor website and does not involve any third-party payment processor at this time.

Data Storage and Security

Since the MoniThor app does not collect any data, there is no personal data to store or secure. The website is hosted on Vercel, which maintains industry-standard security practices for hosting infrastructure.

Your Rights Under Swiss Law (FADP)

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG), you have the right to request information about any personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, and object to data processing. Since MoniThor does not collect personal data, these rights are automatically fulfilled.
