Refund Policy

MoniThor Pro (Purchased from monithor.dev)

We offer a 7 day free trial of MoniThor Pro so you can fully evaluate the app before purchasing. The trial gives you complete access to all features, so you can make sure MoniThor works well on your Mac and fits your workflow.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. For subscriptions, the 14 day window applies from the date of each renewal.

MoniThor Pro purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all refund processing on our behalf.

How to Request a Refund (MoniThor Pro)

To request a refund for a MoniThor Pro purchase, send an email to support@monithor.dev with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

MoniThor (Purchased from the Mac App Store)

Purchases made through the Mac App Store are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to App Store transaction details and are unable to process refunds for App Store purchases.

To request a refund for a Mac App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. Select MoniThorfrom your purchase history and follow Apple's instructions to submit a refund request. Apple reviews all App Store refund requests and will notify you of their decision.

Subscription Cancellations

If you purchased a MoniThor Pro subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

For App Store subscriptions, you can manage or cancel your subscription through System Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your Mac, or through the App Store app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
