Agreement to Terms
By accessing the MoniThor website (monithor.dev) or purchasing and using theMoniThor macOS application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or the application.
Operator
MoniThoris operated by Iseli International Commerce, based in Switzerland. All references to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Iseli International Commerce.
License and Usage
MoniThor is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MoniThorapplication on any Mac computers that you own or control, subject to Apple's standard terms for App Store purchases or the license terms included with the Direct version.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the application to third parties.
Pricing and Payments
MoniThoris a one-time purchase. The App Store version is sold through the Mac App Store and is subject to Apple's pricing and payment terms. The Direct version is sold through the MoniThor website. All prices are listed in US dollars and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes do not affect existing purchases.
Refund Policy
App Store purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy. For the Direct version, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at contact@monithor.dev with your order details.
Updates and Support
MoniThor includes free updates within version 1. Major version upgrades (e.g., version 2) may be released as a separate purchase. We provide support on a best-effort basis through email. We do not guarantee specific response times or resolution of all reported issues.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MoniThoris provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware and software configurations. System monitoring data displayed by MoniThor is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for hardware or software decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Iseli International Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MoniThor, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.
Intellectual Property
MoniThor, including its name, logo, design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Iseli International Commerce. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. The website content, including guides and articles, is protected by copyright.

The guides and articles on the MoniThor website are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness or correctness of the information. macOS features and behaviors may change with system updates.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of MoniThor after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
